Our meat department is as fresh as you can get! What makes it so fresh? We still grind, mix, cut, tenderize, stuff & season our product offering the way it was done years ago. Meat cutters are on hand to fill any special requests or cut of meat as needed. Stop by and see what freshness looks like!

This wonderful recipe was brought to us by Bud. Bud was a native of Ashley, PA who owned his own meat store for many years before retiring.
Fortunately for Carone’s Market, retirement did not agree with Bud. In 1997 he came to work in our meat department. With his knowledge, Bud also brought his 85 plus year old Kielbasa recipe to Carone’s Market.
Bud passed away in 2003 but his recipe lives on. To this day, the Kielbasa is prepared and smoked to perfection in our store. Stop by our meat department and check out a Kielbasa ring today!
